Liverpool Pride

Liverpool Pride 2018 was our most successful to date with 10,000 people marching through the streets of Liverpool City Centre protesting for equality, diversity, inclusivity and the right to love who we love.

As well as 50,000 festival goers celebrating the journey and achievements the LGBT+ movement has been on!

Who are we?

Liverpool Pride is an entirely volunteer-led charity that combats homophobia and transphobia across the Liverpool City Region and beyond.

Our core values are that we are FREE, INCLUSIVE, VISIBLE and all about LIVERPOOL.

We formed in 2010 in response to the LGBT+ communities’ outcry in the wake of the murder of young gay man Michael Causer, and since then we have produced an annual festival to raise awareness of LGBT+ lives.

Be SEEN in the most colourful march the city has to offer at the start of Liverpool Pride.

Join in celebration of diversity and equality through the city centre, passing so many iconic landmarks dressed in the rainbow!

Share with the entire Liverpool community - LGBTQ+ and beyond.

All walks of life are invited to become part of this incredible celebration, and be open with one another in unity.

Enjoy one of the biggest FREE Pride festivals in the country.

Accessible to all who want to come and be PROUD of who they are!
