Edits translates the conventions of film, photography and painting to dance, drawing on the peculiar elasticity of filmic time, the dramatic rhythm of film editing and the ability to heighten point of view using technical effects to create a totally original live world of its own. With stunning costumes from three time Oscar winner Sandy Powell and an original score played live, EDITS continues the group’s venture into a new dance territory.
